NESS is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support testing of Salesforce Service Cloud applications in a hybrid remote role. You will execute test cases, assist with automation, and ensure quality across releases under guidance.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment, work with Jira/Copado DevOps, and contribute to QA docs and test artifacts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA or Test Engineer experience.
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud testing.
• Basic test automation knowledge (Selenium/CRT or similar).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or Copado DevOps for defect tracking.
• Understanding of Salesforce components including Apex, LWC, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support testing efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
