Job summary

Appzlogic is seeking a QA Contractor with Salesforce and Fonteva functional testing expertise. The role focuses on validating integrated business workflows across multiple systems, including end-to-end scenarios and data mappings.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years QA experience with Salesforce-based implementations.
• Hands-on experience validating end-to-end business workflows across multiple systems.
• Strong API testing skills with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, refresh impacts, test data constraints, and release validation.
• Ability to validate field mappings, payloads, status transitions, and permissions across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and product owners on business rules and workflow outcomes.
• Strong defect triage skills with reproducible steps and evidence.
• Solid QA fundamentals: test planning, risk-based testing, regression, and stakeholder communication.

Job description

Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of QA experience, with robust experience testing Salesforce-based implementations and/or complex integrated business applications.

Hands-on experience validating end-to-end business workflows that span multiple systems, not just individual screens or isolated API calls.

Strong API testing skills using Postman or equivalent tools, with experience validating REST and SOAP integrations.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, refresh impacts, test data constraints, and release validation.

Ability to validate field mappings, payloads, status transitions, exception paths, user permissions, and downstream data impacts across integrated systems.

Working familiarity with Salesforce platform behavior and configuration-driven testing, including the ability to validate business rules, permissions, page behavior, workflow outcomes, and downstream impacts in collaboration with Salesforce admins, developers, and product owners.

Strong defect triage skills, including ability to provide clear reproduction steps, payload examples, record IDs, timestamps, screenshots where helpful, log pointers, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
