About Asymbl
Asymbl is the workforce orchestration company we bring together recruiting technology, digital labor strategy, and platform expertise to help businesses build and scale a hybrid workforce of human and digital talent. We're building a company where people and digital workers operate as one coordinated system, and where go-to-market execution is as intentional as the products we deliver.
About the Role
We're hiring an outcome-focused Implementation & AI QA Engineer who blends technical rigor with client-facing judgment. This isn't a script-and-log role you'll be the bridge between client expectations, AI-driven applications, and platform performance, owning the validation of Salesforce configurations, AI workflows (including Agentforce and digital workers), and custom integrations that drive real business outcomes.
You'll partner closely with clients, developers, business analysts, architects, and implementation teams translating business requirements into test strategy, flagging risk early, and making sure what ships is reliable and measurable.
Why Join Us?
You'll test and help shape some of the most advanced AI and Salesforce work being built today, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. We run on trust, continuous learning, and a bias to action every QA engineer here has a direct line to customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Quality & Implementation
- Lead testing engagements directly with enterprise clients UAT, validation workshops, solution walkthroughs.
- Translate client business processes into clear, measurable quality criteria and test scenarios.
- Partner with implementation consultants, BAs, developers, and architects to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Guide non-technical stakeholders through UAT and explain findings in plain business language.
- Flag implementation risk early and recommend fixes before they become client-facing problems.
AI & Agentic Workflow Testing
- Validate AI-driven solutions Agentforce agents, AI recruiting workflows, digital workers, and LLM-powered applications.
- Test prompt performance, conversational logic, factual accuracy, context handling, edge cases, guardrails, and AI-to-human handoffs.
- Stress-test AI behavior across positive, negative, ambiguous, and adversarial scenarios.
- Catch hallucinations, inconsistent responses, and failure patterns, and work with engineering to close them.
- Build and maintain AI evaluation datasets and regression scenarios to hold performance steady across releases.
Salesforce & Functional Testing
- Run functional, regression, system, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce implementations.
- Test Lightning Experience, Flows, Apex-driven functionality, custom components, and Salesforce Industries/OmniStudio where applicable.
- Validate business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Confirm data integrity and that system behavior matches business requirements.
- Build test scenarios covering standard workflows, edge cases, and business-critical processes.
Integration & API Testing
- Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party apps, middleware, APIs, and external systems.
- Run REST/SOAP API testing and validate data flow between connected systems.
- Use Postman or similar tools for API validation.
- Validate data mapping, transformation, and error/failure handling across integrations.
Outcome-Based Test Strategy
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans anchored to real business outcomes.
- Build risk-based testing strategies that prioritize critical processes and customer impact.
- Create reusable test scenarios and regression suites that scale with implementation and deployment.
- Push testing beyond functional correctness into reliability, usability, adoption, and business impact.
Proactive Problem Solving
- Investigate defects, bottlenecks, data issues, and logic failures down to root cause.
- Work with developers, BAs, architects, and implementation teams on solutions not just defect logs.
- Spot failure points before they hit clients.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues when needed.
Defect & Lifecycle Management
- Track and prioritize defects in JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Document defects with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, severity, business impact, and evidence.
- Drive defects through resolution with development teams, on timeline.
- Verify fixes and run regression testing after resolution.
Continuous QA Improvement & Automation
- Build and evolve QA standards, processes, templates, and best practices.
- Identify what's worth automating repetitive, high-value test scenarios.
- Build and maintain automated regression suites (Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or similar).
- Improve QA efficiency through reusable test assets, automation, and CI/CD integration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- 3–5+ years in software QA, with hands-on Salesforce platform/implementation testing.
- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, or similar.
- Strong functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing experience.
- Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable running UAT and validation with business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM applications, conversational AI, prompt testing, or AI-powered workflows; direct Agentforce experience is a strong plus.
- A problem-solving mindset — able to break down complex processes, spot edge cases, and drive root-cause fixes.
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect-tracking and test management tools.
- Working knowledge of API and third-party integration testing, ideally with Postman.
- Ability to communicate technical findings and risk clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Preferred
- Direct experience testing Agentforce, digital workers, or generative AI solutions within Salesforce.
- Experience with AI evaluation, prompt testing, conversational AI, or AI QA.
- Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC/custom components, or OmniStudio.
- REST/SOAP API and integration testing experience.
- Familiarity with data validation and basic SQL.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, AI Associate, or similar).
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification (Test Analyst or AI Testing track).
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and complex integration environments.
What Success Looks Like
- Salesforce implementations ship with high quality and minimal production defects.
- AI-powered workflows perform reliably, accurately, and consistently.
- Clients trust the testing process and complete UAT with confidence.
- Critical business and edge-case scenarios surface before deployment, not after.
- QA processes get more automated, scalable, and efficient over time.
- Testing translates directly into successful implementation, adoption, and measurable client outcomes.
