Job summary

Sii is seeking a Senior CRM QA Engineer to strengthen the Salesforce CRM platform by combining hands-on test automation with QA process governance. You will design scalable automation frameworks, ensure functional and regression coverage, and embed quality across the SDLC, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This onsite role requires 5 days on-site at the Bengaluru office, with a focus on defining quality gates,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA/testing experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior CRM QA Engineer to strengthen the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce CRM platform.

The role combines hands-on test automation with QA process establishment and quality governance. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive functional and regression testing, establishing quality gates and release readiness standards, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business and technical requirements and are delivered with a high level of quality.

This is a 5 days onsite work from office role.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for Salesforce CRM
• Automating critical regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios
• Improving automation coverage, reliability, maintainability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Defining and continuously improving QA processes, testing strategies, quality gates, and release readiness standards
• Planning and executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce features and business processes
• Validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, permissions, and delivered solutions against requirements
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing activities and ensuring effective transition to business validation
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and define test scenarios
• Tracking, analyzing, and managing defects from identification through resolution while providing transparent quality reporting
• Identifying recurring defect patterns and driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, test coverage, and release effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance/testing, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions and frameworks
• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery processes
• Knowledge of QA governance, testing strategies, quality gates, acceptance criteria, and release management
• Practical experience testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, permissions, and business processes
• Understanding of UAT processes and the ability to support business users during acceptance testing
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with defect lifecycle management, quality reporting, root-cause analysis, and test metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English - minimum B2 level

Nice to have

• Salesforce-specific test automation tools and frameworks
• Exposure to API testing and API automation
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and complex CRM business processes
• Background in working with external vendors and distributed/global delivery teams
• Experience establishing QA standards across multiple delivery streams
• Modern quality engineering practices and shift-left testing
• Salesforce certification or relevant QA/testing certification
