Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking a Senior CRM QA Engineer to strengthen the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce CRM platform. The role combines hands-on test automation with QA process establishment and quality governance.

You will work with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business and technical requirements and are delivered with a high level of quality. This is a 5 days onsite work from office role.

Qualifications

• Senior CRM QA Engineer with hands-on test automation experience.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and maintaining them.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce QA practices and release governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Salesforce CRM.
• Lead functional and regression testing to ensure release readiness and quality gates.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior CRM QA Engineer to strengthen the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce CRM platform.

The role combines hands-on test automation with QA process establishment and quality governance. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive functional and regression testing, establishing quality gates and release readiness standards, and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business and technical requirements and are delivered with a high level of quality.

This is a 5 days onsite work from office role.
