Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team for new implementations, upgrades and ongoing support projects.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications, validating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM – Sales & Service clouds.
• Experience working with Salesforce Workbench.
• Strong hands-on experience in all STLC stages.
• Collaborate with development team for defects resolution.
• Collaborate with product owners for requirements clarity.
• Design and create test cases based on functional requirements.
• Execute test cases and defect reporting.

• Strong experience in Functional testing – Smoke testing, regression testing, retesting, Cross browser / device compatibility testing, API testing
