Job summary

Cloud Analogy in Noida is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce modules.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, create test cases, manage defects, and collaborate with agile teams.

Office-based role (5 days a week) requiring hands-on expertise in Salesforce workflows and SDLC/STLC processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (B2B).
• Experience with test case creation and defect tracking.
• Understanding Salesforce workflows and business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for Salesforce cloud modules.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defects and coordinate with development teams to drive fixes.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
