Job summary

V2SOLUTIONS is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst and QA to join our team in India. The role involves leading requirement gathering, process mapping, and defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.

The candidate will perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, while building reusable automation scripts and engaging in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable automation test scripts.
• Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with automation framework design and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with defect management and test-reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
