Cerebra in Chennai is seeking an Immediate / Short Notice Salesforce Order Management Specialist Technical Lead to guide design and implementation of SOM across order capture, validation, and lifecycle management. You will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate SAP integrations for orders and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Order Management solution design and implementation.
• Design scalable O2C and Q2C architecture.
• Manage Order Capture and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Design complete Order Lifecycle Management covering order creation, validation, fulfillment, amendments, cancellations, returns and completion.
• Define order validation frameworks, business rules and exception handling.
• Design Order Orchestration across multiple fulfillment systems.
• Integrate Salesforce with SAP for orders, products, pricing, customers and fulfillment status.
• Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events and middleware.
• Configure Salesforce Flow and workflow automation.
• Lead development teams, code reviews, architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Mentor developers and support estimation, sprint planning and release management.
