Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Net Zero Cloud QA with 5+ years of Salesforce Quality Engineering and Testing expertise. The role requires hands-on testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Net Zero Cloud, including data migrations and integrations.

The position offers hybrid work arrangements in a Full Time role, with a focus on delivering quality assurance in an Agile/Scrum environment and ensuring robust test artifacts and metrics.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Testing and Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and architecture.
• Experience testing Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
• Data migration and data validation testing experience.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in preparing test scenarios, test cases, defect reporting, and test execution.

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce Platform apps across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.
• Validate configurations, custom Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
• Test Salesforce integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and external enterprise applications.
• Validate data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation.

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud QA with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering and Testing.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Platform applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and Security Model.
• Experience validating Salesforce configurations, custom Salesforce implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
• Experience validating data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation activities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Must Have

• Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps-enabled Salesforce delivery environments.
• Domain experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sustainability, Financial Services, or Industry Cloud implementations.
