Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce Platform experience and strong technical leadership. This role is based in Chennai with hybrid working arrangements and offers a pathway to lead critical sustainability data initiatives.

You will specify solution design, data migration, and integration patterns, while guiding agile teams to deliver robust Net Zero Cloud implementations and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in at least one Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation with design and delivery responsibilities.
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform: Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Security Model, Data Architecture.
• Experience configuring Net Zero Cloud for emissions tracking, sustainability data, reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud projects within Agile delivery.
• Design scalable solutions for manual data ingestion and future automated integrations.
• Drive solution architecture, data migration, and integration patterns across systems.
• Ensure data quality controls and reporting requirements are met in large datasets.

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce Platform implementation and technical leadership experience.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in at least one Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation with responsibility for solution design and delivery.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, Security Model, and Data Architecture.
• Experience configuring Net Zero Cloud for emissions tracking, sustainability data management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformation, and validation using CSV/Excel and Salesforce data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware solutions.
• Ability to design scalable solutions supporting both manual data ingestion and future automated integrations.
• Experience working with large datasets, data quality controls, and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading technical teams and working within Agile delivery environments.
