Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support and optimize our CRM and Marketing Cloud environments. You will manage users, security, and data, build automations, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and connected systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support campaigns, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in releases and governance. A focus on data quality, performance, and scalable solutions is essential.

• Strong data modeling, segmentation, and CRM concepts
• Experience configuring Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
• Experience with deployments, releases, and change management
• Experience with data migrations and integrations across systems

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce CRM system and user support including incident resolution and SLAs
• Administer Salesforce environments: user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets
• Build and maintain Salesforce automation (Flows, validation rules) to support business processes
• Oversee Data Extensions, Contact Models, data hygiene and synchronization across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and connected systems
• Support audience creation and segmentation for campaigns and ensure data/configs for Campaign Managers
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and consent management
• Support CRM releases and change management activities with governance
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, data quality, and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Document and support enhancement requests including UAT and validation

Job Description:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide Salesforce CRM system and user support, including incident resolution, system configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Administer Salesforce environments, including user management, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, agentic tools, and other automation to support business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Oversee Data Extensions, Contact Models, data hygiene while ensuring data integrity and seamless synchronization between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud and connected systems
• Support audience creation and segmentation readiness for campaigns and ensure required data and configurations are available for Campaign Managers
• Monitor deliverability metrics, manage bounce rates, ensure strict compliance with global privacy regulations, and own consent and compliance management
• Support CRM releases, deployments, enhancements, and change management activities while adhering to governance standards and best practices
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, data quality, and usage trends to proactively identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Identify, document, prioritize, and support the delivery of enhancement requests, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM administration, development, or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data modeling, segmentation, and marketing database concepts.
• Proven experience configuring and administering Salesforce, including security architecture, user access management, and standard CRM objects.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce automation using Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools (Process Builder experience is a plus where applicable).
• Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting and enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360 environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce release management, environment strategy, deployment processes, and change management best practices.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration projects, and maintaining high standards of data quality and governance.
• Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, scalable solution design, and platform governance to support long-term business growth and adoption.

• Experience Level: 3+ years Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Certifications (Recommended): Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
• CRM Administration Skills: User setup, profiles, permission sets, reports & dashboards
• Automation & Configuration: Basic Flows, validation rules, page layouts
• Development Skills: Basic Apex understanding, simple LWCs
• Tools & Platforms: Salesforce UI, basic Flow Builder
• Integrations & Data: Data import/export tools
• Business Partnership: Follows defined requirements
