Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead with 6+ years of experience across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and API integrations for enterprise clients.

You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, implement integrations with ERP and analytics systems, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in React.js, Angular, and front-end tooling is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years hands-on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platform work, including API and integration implementations for Fortune 500.
• Strong knowledge of Territory Management features and data management for territory alignment and assignment.
• Experience with Salesforce Maps and map views access for users/profiles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to design solutions using industry best practices.
• Client-facing experience to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.

• Certified on Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• At least 6 Years hand on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud Platform, API, and Integration implementations for Fortune 500. Hands on implementation experience from proposal, design, dev to delivery
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in Territory Management features (Territory planning, assignment, data management and integration with respect to territory alignment and assignment etc.).
• Experience working on Salesforce Maps, creating Map views related to different territories and providing the access to the Map views for users/profiles.
• Experience in sales operations (Sales Cloud features), SFMC /Pardot (Email marketing, Lead management, multi-channel marketing Campaigns & analytics), Community Cloud (partner portal, Customer portal
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
• Tech Lead (hands on) on large scale enterprise projects (customer facing, eComm)
• Experience with cloud-based applications
• Has worked closely with business analysts to make the bridge between the function and technical team.
• Understands the importance and able to design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (example: integrations to ERP & reporting systems)
• Client facing experience - understand Client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution for business process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and its core principles (Virtual DOM, component lifecycle/hooks, state & props, Redux) with proven experience applying that expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem: embedding React-based custom UI inside Lightning Web Components/Aura containers, building standalone React apps that consume Salesforce data via REST/Apex APIs, Platform Events and Salesforce Connect, and delivering custom React front-ends for Experience Cloud (LWR) sites
• Extensive experience with the latest Angular versions and the Angular CLI, including concepts like dependency injection, lazy loading, and reactive programming (RxJS framework).
• Thorough understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Strong understading of Salesforce Security Model for Experience Cloud (Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, Permission Set Group, Custom Permissions, Sharing rules)
• Experience on the Approval processes, Lightning Flows, Cutstom settings and Custom Metadata types.
• Experience on integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API’s and standard integratiosn patterns.
• Work with project team to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.
• Gather client requirements and design technical specification.
• Should have adequate trouble shooting skills to carryout RCA and Bug fixing.
• Strategic thinking and critical problem-solving skills are essential.
• Work collaboratively with other support teams.
• Ability to upgrade to and evangelize upcoming frameworks, patterns, APIs, and related technologies by self.
• Strategies integrate projects into the DevOps framework.
• Executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps, feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile, inter - operable, can co - exist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective.
