Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Salesforce FSL Senior Associate to deliver Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for clients across industries. You will lead implementations, mentor juniors and collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence and effective adoption of new technologies.

You will apply Lightning, Field Service Lightning and Administration skills while shaping client engagements, budgets, and timelines, building trusted relationships and delivering quality

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven Salesforce Service Cloud experience.

As a Salesforce FSL- Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive service excellence. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and anticipating client needs. This role offers the chance to work within the Service Technology - Salesforce Service Cloud, where you will apply your knowledge to solve intricate problems and deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and uphold professional standards. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role‑relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Salesforce Lightning
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
