About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps professional to create CI/CD pipelines, standardize branching, packaging, environment management, reduce release risk, and own release execution end to end.

• Role: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Create CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to validate, test, deploy, and monitor releases.
• Standardizing branching, packaging, and environment management across teams.
• Reduce release risk through automation, quality gates, and DevSecOps controls.
• Own release execution end to end and continuously improve delivery metrics.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Platform, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
• Good understanding of branching strategies, packaging models, environment governance, and release quality controls.
• Ability to collaborate with Salesforce development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
• Educational background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
