Job summary

• - Supporting Salesforce administration, Lightning updates, and Service Cloud enhancements across client environments

• - Troubleshooting release issues, deployment errors, and environment inconsistencies through structured problem solving
• - Interpreting data from development and release activities to inform recommendations and next steps
• - Documenting implementation approaches, technical decisions, and operating procedures for project teams
• - Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance on task execution and deliverable preparation
• - Building client relationships by responding to delivery questions and adapting to changing priorities across engagements
• - Applying knowledge of Salesforce architecture, enterprise integration, and technology implementation to support service delivery

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
