Job summary

RiDiK in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide development teams and drive end-to-end technical design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and technical leadership, and will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure robust, scalable Salesforce architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, Visualforce, and Communities.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Strong web development skills: JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience in ERP integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product backlog, and user stories.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and manage project delivery.
• Own overall technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, Communities, and Visualforce Pages.
• Translate functional specifications and user stories into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, development standards, and process adherence.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate development teams.
