Job summary

Nivasoft, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, implementing best practices and complex business rules.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and APIs, and will mentor juniors while collaborating with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Job Summary

The role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to understand complex business requirements, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and automation using Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and customer teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

• Knowledge of deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Salesforce CLI.
• Experience working with Git-bas+B1ed version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
