Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) in Mumbai seeks a senior Salesforce developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce apps using Apex and LWC. You will own integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and build event-driven, AI-enabled solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.

The role emphasizes asynchronous processing, data management, and real-time communication between Salesforce and external apps. 6+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale integration implementations.
• Experience working on high-volume Salesforce applications and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce features.
• Build reusable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and custom frameworks.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Design patterns for real-time and batch data synchronization; troubleshoot integration performance.
• Implement asynchronous Apex solutions (Queueable, Batch, Scheduled, Future Methods).
• Design and implement event-based solutions using Platform Events, CDC, Event Monitoring.
• Develop and optimize SOQL, SOSL, and Aggregate Queries for reporting and data processing.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance; support data migration and synchronization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform features.
• Build reusable and maintainable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and custom frameworks.

Integration & APIs

• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Design robust integration patterns for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and reliability.

Asynchronous Processing

• Implement and manage asynchronous Apex solutions using:

Event-Driven Architecture
