Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems (ERP, HRMS, external APIs).
• Work with middleware tools where required.
• Perform data migration and data cleansing activities.
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance.
• Work with version control systems (Git).
• Implement CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps or Salesforce DevOps Center.
• Support sandbox management and release cycles.

Security & Governance

• Implement role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field‑level security.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
• Support audit requirements and access reviews.

Required Skills
