Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular preferred).
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable code.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business requirements.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others as per organizational needs.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly applications.
• Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management strategies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.
• Proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular preferred).
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry standards.

Must Have Qualifications

• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II; Salesforce Administrator, Einstein AI, Agentforce and/or Tableau+
• Experience with Lightning Experience, LWC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using tools like JIRA.
