Hiring: Salesforce Developer / Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Pan India / Hybrid (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Build and optimize Lightning Flows, Process Automation, and business workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and middleware.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Support release management, deployment activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex Programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Experience working with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.

• Experience with Salesforce deployment and version control practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
