Job summary

LevelShift is seeking a Technical Specialist – Salesforce Revenue Cloud to design, develop and implement scalable Revenue Cloud solutions. Join LevelShift as a Technical Specialist ? Salesforce Revenue Cloud, where you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. You'll work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, developers, integration teams, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and deliver enterprise-grade Quote-to-Cash capability.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Specialist ? Salesforce Revenue Cloud at LevelShift, you will:

• Develop and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM/RCA) solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform technologies.
• Configure and enhance Product Catalogs, Pricing, Quoting, and Revenue Cloud capabilities to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce functionality based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, middleware, and third‑party applications using REST APIs and modern integration frameworks.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, loading, reconciliation, and data quality.
• Participate in solution design, technical estimation, development, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Work with solution architects and functional consultants to translate Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security best practices, integration patterns, and development guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Revenue Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, data, configurations, and Salesforce platform functionality.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, defect management, and technical issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, data mappings, integration specifications, deployment documents, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test scenarios, support defect resolution, and ensure solution quality.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve Revenue Cloud processes, automation, system performance, scalability, and overall solution quality.

• Should be comfortable using AI tools to enhance Salesforce development, solution design, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and engineering productivity while ensuring responsible AI usage.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development for Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, integrations, debugging, technical documentation, code reviews, and test‑case generation.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and other GenAI tools to accelerate development and improve solution delivery.
• Explore opportunities to use AI for Quote-to‑Cash automation, business process optimization, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and developer productivity.
• Ensure AI‑assisted development follows appropriate data privacy, security governance, and Salesforce development standards.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve existing Revenue Cloud development, testing, support, monitoring, and technical workflows.

Your Skillset

• 5?7 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, technical consulting, or solution delivery, with strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM/RCA).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Product Catalog, Pricing, Quoting, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
• Experience implementing and configuring Revenue Cloud (RLM/RCA) capabilities for enterprise business requirements.
• Strong experience developing custom Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, Flows, and Salesforce customizations.
• Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, middleware, and third‑party applications.
• Good understanding of data migration, data transformation, data validation, and Salesforce data management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, governor limits, platform limitations, and development best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, version control, deployment processes, testing frameworks, and release management.
• Experience performing code reviews, technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, defect management, and release activities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with architects, functional consultants, QA teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
