Job summary

iO Associates in Chennai seeks a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) / CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions. You will configure Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ, build product catalogs, pricing, and quoting rules, and integrate with ERP systems.

Applicants should have hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and strong problem-solving skills. Agile/Scrum delivery experience is preferred; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) / CPQ Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience and exposure to Revenue Cloud Advanced / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Build complex product catalogs, bundles, pricing, discounting, rules, approvals, and quoting processes.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Support CPQ-to-Billing and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Design and maintain integrations with ERP and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing CPQ/RCA solutions.
• Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development, security, testing, and deployment best practices.
