• Segmentation, Activation, and Audience Management.
• Data ingestion from Salesforce and external systems.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and transformations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of Data Privacy, Consent Management, and Compliance.
• Experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and AI-powered customer insights is advantageous.
