Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce and external systems.
• Build and maintain DMOs; configure identity resolution rules.
• Develop data transforms and write optimized SQL for insights.
• Create and test segments for downstream activation.
• Debug data issues and support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live issues.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts on technical designs; participate in code reviews.
• Support defect resolution and document Data 360 configurations.

Role & responsibilities

Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and external systems.

• Build and maintain Data Model Objects (DMOs), Configure Identity Resolution rules, Develop Data Transforms, Write and optimize SQL for Calculated Insights
• Create and test segments for downstream activation
• Debug issues related to missing data, incorrect unification, or data mismatches.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live production issues.
• Work with architects and analysts to implement technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.
• Support defect resolution and optimization activities.
• Document Data 360 configurations and technical flows.
