Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in PAN India is seeking a Salesforce CPQ/CLM Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for Salesforce and Conga CLM solution delivery.

You will oversee integration architecture, design governance, offshore development, testing, deployment, and production readiness, while guiding implementation teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade contracts and CPQ integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with platform expertise.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Conga CLM experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning, Flow, APIs, security, and data architecture.
• Experience in CPQ/CLM integration and enterprise solution architecture.
• Lead technical design for Salesforce and Conga CLM across engagements.

• Oversee Salesforce-CPQ-CLM integration architecture, offshore development, technical design governance, testing, deployment, and production readiness while working closely with client Architecture, BSA, Test Leads, and implementation teams.
• Lead technical solution design and review activities for Salesforce and Conga CLM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technical standards.
• Define and maintain solution architecture documentation and review technical specifications prepared by implementation teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and architectural challenges while driving appropriate technical decisions.
• Provide governance across Salesforce and Conga CLM design, development, and delivery activities.
• Lead development and enhancement activities covering Opportunity Management, Approval Processes, Notifications, User Roles and Hierarchies, Security, Reporting, Dashboards, and Integration Frameworks.
• Ensure Salesforce effectively manages opportunities, approvals, notifications, quote archiving, and user hierarchy with bidirectional integration to CPQ solutions.
• Lead technical design and development for Contract Lifecycle Management, Contract Requests, Contract Generation, Approval Workflows, Clause Management, Document Automation, and Contract Status Synchronization.
• Ensure seamless CPQ-to-CLM integration and contract handoff processes, with Conga CLM supporting contract authoring, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership for integrations across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, middleware, and enterprise data platforms.
• Review API designs, validate integration mappings, and ensure appropriate error handling, security, authentication, and performance.
• Lead technical defect triage and resolution across integrated systems.
• Provide technical direction to offshore development teams and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.
• Establish deployment, release management, DevOps, and environment management practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, solution inventories, and technical quality standards.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment planning, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Validate end-to-end integrations and support the analysis and resolution of technical defects.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready and successfully transitioned into steady-state operations.
• Establish support and monitoring procedures, operational runbooks, escalation processes, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Support the transition from implementation to ongoing production support.
• Preferred Skills: Conga CLM implementation experience, Salesforce CPQ implementation experience, Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise, SAP and middleware integration experience, Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, Experience leading offshore development teams.
• Responsible for delivering technical solution designs, interface specifications, integration mappings, development standards, code review reports, release plans, environment management plans, technical testing artifacts, operational support documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
