Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India seeks a CPQ expert to lead Conga CPQ implementations within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, document specs, and optimize CPQ configurations to maximize value across systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out Conga CPQ solutions that map to business objectives within Salesforce environments.
• Work with stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and analyze Configure-Price-Quote requirements.
• Act as go-to expert on CPQ setup including product bundling, pricing, discount rules, and quote generation.
• Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Write and maintain functional specs, workflows, and integration designs.
• Ensure CPQ fits into the broader Salesforce architecture and connects to surrounding systems.
• Champion automation and process improvements across the CPQ domain.
• Track Conga CPQ features and Salesforce releases to recommend value-adding enhancements.

Your work profile

1. Develop, and roll out Conga CPQ solutions that map directly to business objectives within Salesforce environments.
2. Work alongside stakeholders across functions to elicit, challenge, and analyse Configure-Price-Quote requirements.
3. Act as the go-to expert on CPQ setup including product bundling, pricing and discount rules, and quote generation.
4. Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end, taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery.
5. Write and maintain functional specifications, process workflows, and integration designs.
6. Guarantee that CPQ fits cleanly into the broader Salesforce architecture and connects reliably to surrounding systems, partnering closely with technical and integration teams.
7. Champion automation and process-improvement opportunities across the CPQ domain.
8. Track new Conga CPQ features and Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that add value.

Key skills required:

1. 38 years of hands-on experience delivering Conga CPQ solutions.
2. Solid working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how CPQ integrates with it and with downstream systems.
3. Proven track record leading CPQ projects and translating complex processes into maintainable designs.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable running workshops and training.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
