Job Summary

DigitalXnode is looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with 5–10 years of experience, including strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes for it's Indian Client. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, improve business processes, translate needs into clear user stories, and support the successful delivery of scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.

The ideal candidate should understand the end-to-end QTC lifecycle across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud, and should be comfortable working across requirements, solution discussions, testing, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, strategic initiatives, processes, and system enhancement requirements.


• Drive continuous process improvement across the project and product development lifecycle.


• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and help implement practical Salesforce CPQ solutions.


• Develop well-defined business cases by assessing the value, scope, objectives, and baseline requirements of proposed initiatives.


• Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ configuration and development discussions.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications for technical teams.


• Understand legacy systems and contribute to defining future-state Salesforce CPQ implementations.


• Maintain reports and dashboards to track system usage, adoption, trends, and relevant business metrics.


• Create, monitor, and update detailed project plans and provide input into project scope.


• Review developed functionality and demonstrate solutions to business and project stakeholders.


• Prepare end-user and administrator training materials and support or deliver user training where required.


• Support end-to-end testing by reviewing and writing test cases and performing high-level testing before UAT.


• Support system adoption through end-user assistance, training, and ongoing engagement.


• Proactively identify improvement opportunities within assigned business areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution definition.


• 5+ years of strong, hands‑on Salesforce CPQ experience.


• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.


• Good working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud.


• Ability to analyse complex Salesforce CPQ scenarios and translate business requirements into user stories.


• Ability to understand legacy applications and contribute to future‑state implementation planning.


• Experience reviewing or writing test cases and performing high‑level end‑to‑end testing before UAT.


• Ability to demonstrate developed functionality to stakeholders.


• Strong stakeholder communication, requirement‑gathering, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Salesforce CPQ consulting or implementation experience.


• Experience with Salesforce Billing.


• Understanding of ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.


• Exposure to revenue recognition processes.


• Knowledge of APIs and middleware integrations.


• Experience supporting data migration activities.


• Experience preparing Salesforce administrator or end‑user training materials.
