Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer to lead design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations in India, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, high‑performing solutions aligned with business goals.

Design end‑to‑end solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; translate requirements into architecture; provide governance across projects and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Experience level: 4 to 5+ years in Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Page Layouts).
• Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
• Assist in the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Support the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with QA and business users to test and debug solutions.
• Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in security, development, and deployment.
• Document technical specifications and solutions.
