Ascendion in Gurugram seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce Insurance CRM platform. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with technical solutions to ensure project success in the insurance domain.

The role focuses on documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding Salesforce implementation with strong analytical skills and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation.
