Cognizant CXCRM GCC Recruitment is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Banking domain expertise to align business needs with Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for banking processes and CRM operations.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, user stories, agile delivery, SIT/UAT, and collaboration with admins and developers to optimize onboarding, lending, and servicing workflows

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) experience.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities
