Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Salesforce Billing Administrator to join our Bangalore team in a hybrid setup. You will support day-to-day Revenue Cloud operations, collaborate with global billing consultants, and help ensure data accuracy across billing processes.

The role focuses on CPQ and Billing, including renewal, amendments, subscriptions, tax rules, invoicing, and Conga template management. You will troubleshoot issues, build reports, and train end users while aligning with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in Billing.
• Thorough understanding of Quote-to-Cash process.
• Understanding of Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, validation rules, reports & dashboards).
• Good communication skills; comfortable working with global teams via video calls.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Billing, including Contract Renewal, amendments, Subscriptions, Billing Rules, Tax rules, invoice scheduler and Payment.
• Work alongside Salesforce Billing consultants to understand the existing implementation, recurring issues, and system architecture — then take progressive ownership of day-to-day support.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce Billing cases; identify root causes of recurring issues and apply permanent fixes.
• Manage Revenue Cloud configurations — billing rules, invoice schedules, and product setup.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for the Global Revenue Team.
• Set up and maintain invoice templates using Conga.
• Perform database maintenance — diagnostic testing, duplicate cleansing, and data quality governance.
• Resolve Sales Tax issues and maintain compliance with billing records.
• Provide end-user training and support for billing processes and new releases.
• Hands-on experience in flows.
• Experience across the SDLC, including Agile methodologies, sandbox-based development, and deployment best practices.
• This role requires flexibility to support night shifts during revenue close periods or when global team coverage is needed.
• Attend team meetings via video call with camera on.

About The Role

As a Salesforce Billing Administrator, you will support and maintain the day-to‑day operations of our Revenue Cloud environment, working closely with Salesforce Billing consultants and the Global Revenue Team. • Salesforce Certified Administrator — required.
• Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Billing Specialist, CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
