Job summary

CODERS BRAIN is seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Tech Lead to design, develop, configure and maintain SFCC B2B eCommerce applications. You will implement custom features, integrate third-party services, and ensure performance, security and scalability of the ecommerce platform.

The role requires leading technical initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and developers, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce security and development standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with minimum 4+ on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• Strong experience as a Technical Lead.
• Expertise on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, APEX development or Salesforce configuration/flows.
• Experience in LWC is mandatory & knowledge on Jest is a plus.
• Experience in using GitHub is mandatory & knowledge on CI/CD is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts.
• Strong experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with NoSQL stores like Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI, unit testing, static analysis, and automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud components/workflows.
• Participate in SDLC from requirements to deployment and documentation.
• Support and improve existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Integrate SFCC B2B with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP, payments, tax, and WMS/3PL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to implement improvements.
• Ensure security and development standards of Salesforce are met.

Experience in integrations on Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM and integrations using AIS.

Role Overview

The Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Tech Lead is responsible for designing,
developing/configuring and maintaining SFCC B2B eCommerce application.. This
role involves implementing custom features, integrating third-party services, and
ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure/customize/ develop Salesforce commerce cloud B2B application components/workflows/wireframes.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, defect fixing, deployment and documentation.
• Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Integrating SFCC B2B application with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP. Payment services, Tax services and WMS/3PL
• Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
• Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as a Technical Lead.

• Strong working experience in using HTML, JavaScript, CSS

• Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred
• Proven understanding of Scrum and agile principles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams
