Job summary

GSPANN is seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud engineer to join immediately in a hybrid setup (3 days from office). Location options include Gurugram or Hyderabad. The role focuses on SFCC B2B Commerce, feature customization, integrations, and ensuring performance, security and scalability of the ecommerce platform.

Required: 4+ years in Salesforce, mandatory LWC, GitHub, and CI/CD; strong HTML/JS/CSS skills; experience with NoSQL data stores and Agile methodologies. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, APEX development or Salesforce configuration/flows.
• LWC experience is mandatory; knowledge of JEST is a plus.
• Experience using GitHub is mandatory; knowledge of CI/CD is a plus.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented programming concepts.
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with NoSQL data stores (Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI, unit testing, static analysis, and automated tests; CD experience preferred.
• Understanding of Scrum and agile principles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Hands-on in performing code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop SFCC B2B components/workflows.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Support, maintain, and improve existing Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain integrations with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP, payment, tax services and WMS/3PL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for designing, developing/configuring and maintaining SFCC B2B eCommerce application.. This role involves implementing custom features, integrating third-party services, and ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure/customize/ develop Salesforce commerce cloud B2B application components/workflows/wireframes.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, defect fixing, deployment and documentation.
• Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services/Azure Integration services/ APIs. Integrating SFCC B2B application with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP. Payment services, Tax services and WMS/3PL is preferred
• Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
• Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.

Skills and Experience
