Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect with 10+ years in Salesforce; lead end-to-end architecture for B2B Commerce, design scalable platforms, and integrate with SAP/Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.

You will guide development teams, ensure best practices, participate in governance and CI/CD, and collaborate with stakeholders across product and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 4–5 years designing and delivering B2B Commerce solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions.
• Deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Checkout Framework, Buyer Groups, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flow Automation, Platform Events, and Custom APIs.
• Design integration architecture between Salesforce and SAP, Oracle ERP, OMS, WMS, payment gateways, and tax engines.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices for large-scale commerce implementations.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, AutoRABIT, GitHub).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Ability to provide effort estimations, design docs, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Salesforce certification credentials are highly preferred.

• Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability initiatives.
• Mentor developers and technical leads.
• Support release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, business teams, architects, and delivery leadership.
