Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud or Apex development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LWC; Jest is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GitHub version control; CI/CD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with NoSQL data stores such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Familiar with CI/CD, unit testing, and automated integration tests.
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Able to perform technical code reviews and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud components, workflows, and wireframes.
• Support SDLC including requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize existing Salesforce applications for reliability and performance.
• Build and maintain integrations with other apps via web services, AIS, and APIs.

Description

GSPANN is hiring a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer to build and enhance commerce applications, focusing on custom development, system integrations, and standards-compliant delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud application components, workflows, and wireframes.
• Support the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, defect fixing, deployment, and documentation.
• Optimize existing Salesforce applications for reliability and performance.
• Build and maintain integrations with other applications and systems using web services, Azure Integration Services (AIS), and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Implement integrations of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2B application with Content Management System (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Develop integrations with payment services, tax services, and Warehouse Management System / Third-Party Logistics (WMS/3PL) providers, which is an advantage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex development, or Salesforce configuration and flows.
• Demonstrate mandatory experience with LWC; knowledge of Jest is an advantage.
• Work with GitHub for version control; knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is an advantage.
• Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Work with NoSQL data stores such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
• Utilize continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests; continuous delivery experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a proven understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Apply hands-on experience performing technical code reviews.
• Bring excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, connecting effectively with both business and technical teams.
