Dotsolved Systems in Bengaluru is seeking a QA engineer to join a team moving from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ solution, with delivery across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.

You will design test strategies, build automation using Selenium/Java/Playwright/Cypress, and validate end-to-end Q2C processes including legacy migrations. Collaboration with developers, analysts, and product owners across time zones is essential.

You will join a team that is moving from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ solution and building that solution from scratch on Salesforce, alongside feature work for Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design test strategies, test plans, test cases and automation suites for Salesforce applications.
• Run functional, regression, integration, system and end-to-end testing of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Validate the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including the migration from legacy CPQ to the new solution.
• Product catalog and product configuration; product rules and price rules.
• Discounting and pricing; quote creation and configuration; Quote Line Editor (QLE) and its related components.
• Approvals and Advanced Approvals; contracting and amendments; renewals.
• Orders and order management; subscription and asset management; guided selling.
• The new usage and billing frameworks as they are built.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts in Selenium with Java, Playwright, Cypress or an equivalent framework.
• Create reusable automation frameworks and utilities that raise coverage and cut execution time.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs with tools such as Postman, and validate integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP, billing, payment or middleware platforms.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar, and analyse regression results.
• Debug Salesforce flows and read Apex and LWC to find the root cause of application and automation failures.
• Query Salesforce data with SOQL to validate results and generate reports.
• Write SOPs for test processes, environments and data setup; maintain test data and test environments for CPQ testing.
• Log, prioritise and track defects in Jira; work with Salesforce developers, CPQ consultants, business analysts and product owners to resolve them.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Keep improving QA processes, automation coverage and release quality.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on Salesforce testing and a good understanding of Salesforce CPQ and the Q2C process.
• Experience testing product rules, price rules, discount schedules, pricing methods and configuration attributes.
• Experience testing approval processes, quotes, contracts, amendments, renewals and orders.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects and relationships, workflows and flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets and sharing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Apex and LWC (reading and debugging), flow debugging and SOQL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Automation with Selenium and Java, Playwright, Cypress or an equivalent tool, including reusable framework design.
• API and integration testing with REST and SOAP and tools such as Postman.
• Defect tracking in Jira and Agile delivery experience.
• Clear written documentation, including SOPs, and comfort working with developers and business stakeholders across time zones.
