Job summary

Zerozilla Infotech Private Limited in Bengaluru invites an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Tester to join our enterprise testing team. You will lead SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing across CPQ configurations, pricing, quotes and document generation.

You will design test scenarios, create test cases, manage defects in Azure DevOps/JIRA, and collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ / Salesforce platform testing.
• Strong test case design and execution.
• Experience with SIT, UAT and E2E testing.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps/JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design, author and execute detailed test cases for Salesforce CPQ.
• Test product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows and quote/document generation.
• Perform SIT, UAT and E2E testing across CPQ modules.
• Validate data flow between Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Create and maintain test cases, traceability matrices and test coverage documentation using Azure DevOps/JIRA/Excel.
• Validate document generation, conditional clauses, DISCLAIMERS, merge fields/tokens and dynamic content.
• Test price books, line-item logic, tiered pricing and quote approval workflows.
• Log, track and retest defects using ADO, JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Prepare QA documentation, test summary reports and release readiness sign-offs.
• Support regression testing during CPQ configuration and platform releases.
• Contribute to reusable test assets and continuous improvement of QA processes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Tester with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ testing, SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing. The candidate should have a strong understanding of CPQ configuration, pricing, product rules, quote generation, approval workflows and document generation.The ideal candidate should be capable of independently creating test scenarios, executing testing, managing defects and providing QA sign-off in an enterprise Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, author and execute detailed test cases for Salesforce CPQ
• Test product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows and quote/document generation.
• Perform SIT, UAT and E2E testing across CPQ modules.
• Validate data flow between Salesforce and integrated systems.
