Job summary

Talentoj seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead enterprise solutions using OmniStudio / Vlocity on the Salesforce platform. You will define technical architecture for OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Calculation Procedures, while guiding integration patterns and governance across deployments.

Responsibilities include delivering scalable designs, mentoring developers, and ensuring solutions meet platform limits and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio / Vlocity experience.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce transformation program.
• Strong exposure to architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise Salesforce solutions leveraging OmniStudio / Vlocity components.
• Define technical architecture for OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Calculation Procedures.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Drive architecture decisions for integration, security, data model, and deployment strategy.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce platform limits and governance standards.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Provide delivery leadership, estimation, risk assessment, and mentorship to developers.
