Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Salesforce Architect specializing in Health Cloud to design, develop, and customize Salesforce-based solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud. You will implement integrations via REST/SOAP, build Aura components and Visualforce pages, and ensure best practices and governance.

The role requires strong collaboration with business teams and a focus on scalable, performance-optimized implementations.

Qualifications

• 8–16 years of Salesforce experience.
• Expertise in Health Cloud and integration with external systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform and Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform
• Build and maintain business logic using Salesforce Apex, including triggers, classes, and batch processes
• Customize and configure functionality across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Develop Aura Components and Visualforce pages for legacy/hybrid solutions
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure governance standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Contribute to documentation, deployment activities, and platform enhancements

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform
• Build and maintain business logic using Salesforce Apex, including triggers, classes, and batch processes
• Customize and configure functionality across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud
• Develop and maintain Aura Components and Visualforce pages as needed for legacy and hybrid solutions
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration services
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize application performance
• Contribute to documentation, deployment activities, and ongoing platform enhancements

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex for implementing complex business logic and integrations
• Solid experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud for case management and customer support workflows
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including leads, opportunities, and sales automation
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and its data models and configurations
• Experience with Salesforce Aura framework and Visualforce development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration Services, APIs, and external system connectivity
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governor limits, and security models
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
