Responsibilities
- Act as an SME for Agentforce implementations.
- Design and develop Salesforce agents using Agentforce & Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure prompts, intents, workflows and orchestration logic.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex & external systems.
- Review configurations and Salesforce code.
- Troubleshoot agent behavior and performance issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams.
- Support solution design, estimation and technical leadership.
- Ensure scalability, security and platform best practices.
