Job summary

OrangeMantra is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Consultant/Lead to drive Agentforce-based implementations across multiple locations and remote work options. You will act as SME for Agentforce, design and deploy Salesforce agents, and integrate with Salesforce data, Flows, and external systems.

The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 1.6+ years in Agentforce, with strong communication skills for client-facing engagements.

• Role: Salesforce Agentforce Consultant/Lead
• Experience: 8+ Years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years in Agentforce
• Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mysore, Pune, or Remote
• CTC/Rate: Open
• Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days (Candidates serving notice preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Agentforce-based implementations.
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce agents using Agentforce.
• Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external applications.
• Review configurations and code to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot agent behavior, performance, and integration issues.
• Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agent force (2+ years preferred)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • REST/SOAP Integrations
• Understanding of conversational AI and agent-based workflows
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience in designing scalable Salesforce solutions
• Agile/Scrum project experience
