NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide Level 2/3/4 support, declarative configuration, and ongoing maintenance for a global user base. The role focuses on production support, user management, and Sales Cloud processes with no development work.

The position requires strong functional analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business users across regions. Location is Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, with a day shift pattern and work-from-office

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3/4 support for Salesforce users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration-related issues.
• Perform Salesforce administration and application maintenance.
• Implement declarative configuration changes based on business requirements.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security, and access.
• Support Sales Cloud processes including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and quotes.
• Investigate production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to address support requirements.

Job Description – Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong functional and administrative expertise. The role will primarily involve Level 2/3/4 user support, issue resolution, application maintenance, and declarative Salesforce configuration for a global user base. This role does not include Development work and restricted to support only.

Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Support experience
• Strong experience supporting business users in a production Salesforce environment
• Experience working with global stakeholders

Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Configuration: Custom Objects & Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, Formulas, Workflows/Declarative Automation, User Management, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Security & Access Management

Support & Functional: Salesforce Administration, Functional Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Troubleshooting, Issue Resolution, Level 2/3/4 Production Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3/4 support for Salesforce users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration-related issues.
• Perform Salesforce administration and application maintenance.

Work Location & Shift

• Location: Customer Location, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
• Shift: 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM IST
• Work Arrangement: Work from the customer office on all working days from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM, followed by work from home till 10:00 PM IST.

Candidates must be comfortable with the above work location and shift requirements .
