Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, strong hands‑on development capabilities, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Implement complex business logic using Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Future methods.
• Build and customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Develop reusable and scalable components aligned with best practices and governor limits.
• Implement and enhance core Sales Cloud functionalities including:
• Pipeline and Forecasting
• Territory Management
• Sales Process Automation
• Optimize sales workflows and user experience for business efficiency.

3. Integration & API Development

• Design and implement integrations using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft preferred)
• Work with external systems like ERP, Marketing, or Data platforms.
• Handle event-driven integrations using Platform Events and Change Data Capture.

4. Data Management & Security

• Manage data models, data migration, and data quality.
• Implement role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

5. Release & Deployment Management

• Work with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Manage deployments across environments using SFDX and DevOps best practices.
• Support release planning, version control, and rollback strategies.

6. Performance Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize queries, code, and configurations to stay within Salesforce governor limits.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, admins, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical design and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in:
• Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
• Experience with Sales Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience

• 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• At least 3+ years specifically in Sales Cloud.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.

Certifications (Preferred/Expected)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (highly preferred)
• Additional certifications are a plus:
• Application Architect
