Gallagher in India is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 6+ years of experience to maintain and optimize enterprise applications for daily operations. You will own configuration, run Flow Builder, build reports and dashboards, and ensure security administration across production systems.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement are essential. Experience with structured change and release processes is required, and experience with insurance/financial services tech is a plus.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Maintains application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm. May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes. Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS). LEAD: Recognized subject matter expert in sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include:

• Managing large projects or processes and/or products and systems with limited oversight from management.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
• Facing IT function related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
• Serving as an expert within own discipline

About you

Skills and Experience

Required

• Minimum 6 years' Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Flow Builder, reports, dashboards and security administration.
• Experience supporting production business systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience working within structured change and release processes.

Preferred

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience within insurance, financial services or regulated industries.
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein.
