Job summary

Impronics Technologies in Gurugram is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You will mentor Salesforce professionals and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will drive architecture strategy, align with security architects, and guide the development team to modernize legacy systems into scalable Salesforce-based solutions leveraging Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years in IT with 3-5 years as Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Must have Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Extensive working knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and strength of Salesforce-based solutions and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor other Salesforce professionals on the team.
• Define architecture strategy for portfolio and present to the decision review board.
• Guide development team on architecture roadmap to upgrade legacy systems.
• Collaborate with security/Identity architects for secure, reliable solutions.
• Ensure conformance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and test interfaces.
• Lead delivery work streams and coach a multi-disciplinary Salesforce team.

As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients,

and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly,

top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

Should have Overall 6-12 years of Experience in IT and 3-5 years of experience as Salesforce Solution Architect.

Should have Salesforce Mandatory certifications, PD1 and PD2.

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development

SOAP and REST APIs,JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages)

Should have extensive working knowledge on Sales, Service and Marketing cloud.

Should be good in Stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Work closely with Segment / Lead Solution architect to come up with the strategy for the portfolio and presenting it to the decision review board.

Guide the development team with respect to the architecture roadmap to create a viable/sustainable solution which should upgrade the existing custom & legacy system.

Aligning with security and Identity architects to make solution more secure and reliable for business.

Demonstrated experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience developing and testing conformant interfaces

Able to transform the existing custom & legacy system to more reliable, scalable & compliant salesforce instance.
