ACT Fibernet (Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd.) is hiring for Team Lead-Sales Specialist - Broadband to drive direct field sales in Ahmedabad. You will conduct D2D visits, map residential areas and campaigns to acquire subscribers, and demo high-speed plans with entertainment packages.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, strong communication, and owning a two-wheeler with license. Company offers competitive salary and incentives along with medical coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: conduct door-to-door visits, apartment mapping and society campaigns to acquire new subscribers.
• Lead Generation: identify residential areas, apartments and commercial complexes to create new opportunities.
• Product Demo: explain ACT Fibernet high-speed plans, Wi‑Fi solutions and OTT packages to customers.
• Documentation: collect KYC and customer details for onboarding.

• Role:- Team Lead-Sales Specialist - Broadband (Field Sales / On-Role)
• Location:- Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Experience:- 4 to 8

Key Responsibilities:-

• Direct Sales:- Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits, apartment mapping, and society campaigns to acquire new broadband subscribers.
• Lead Generation:- Identify high-potential residential areas, apartments, and commercial complexes to create new sales opportunities.
• Product Demo:- Explain ACT Fibernet high-speed plans, Wi-Fi solutions, and premium OTT entertainment packages to potential customers.
• Documentation:- Collect accurate KYC documents, forms, and customer details for smooth onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

• Education:- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any fied.
• Skills:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Mandatory:- Must own a Two-Wheeler (with a valid Driving License)
