Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and internal departments for order processing and dispatch tracking.
Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and delivery timelines.
Assist in generating sales reports, MIS, and documentation for internal and external use.
Handle customer and distributor queries with efficiency and professionalism.
Follow up on payments, stock status, and invoice reconciliation.
Support the execution of promotional activities and field sales events.
