Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Person for a leading Packaging Company in Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES

• Making sales order & Special warranty order System Records
• Making Opportunity, Quotation & Sales order in CRM
• Making Machine Clearance Form & Coordinate with sales admin to clear the machine to plant
• Follow with financier for Delivery order & Machine payment
• Checking of monthly machine billing in SAP
• Checking of outstanding payment from the customer & dealer

ACCOUNTS

• Handling of Cash & Cash Book
• Handling Impress account
• Making margin money receipt for the customer
• Collection of outstanding payment from the customer
